The walls are the setting for daily routine, but they also can be the unmoving limits of the human maze, the protection from the unknown or the secret shelter of ignored violence.
How many meanings can the walls have and into how many shapes can mankind mold them! The setting of the performance stemmed from these considerations, combined with the awareness of how much the urban environment, which mankind is the undisputed creator of, has strongly influenced human behavior.
The result is a path marked by the rhythms of a mystery play, in which every action and every step of men lives are determined by a non-coded yet not less strict ritual: it’s up to mankind whether to comply with it with passive acceptance or freed from it in a surge of anarchic utopian dreams.
